This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how MelRose 11 Agency LLC (“MelRose 11,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles payments, cancellations, and refunds for our products, programs, services, and events (collectively, the “Services”).
By making a purchase through any MelRose 11 website, event portal, or Stripe checkout, you agree to this Policy.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless a written agreement or the specific offer page explicitly provides a refund window.
Because most of our deliverables involve custom creative work, production scheduling, or instant digital access, refunds are limited and governed by the service category below.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
Instant-access items (courses, guides, templates, digital replays, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
If a technical error prevents access, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will restore access or replace the file.
Verified duplicate purchases will be reviewed and refunded.
3. Coaching, Consulting & Strategic Services
Coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, VIP Days, and advisory services are non-refundable once the first session, call, or planning meeting has begun.
These services involve custom time, intellectual property, and individualized recommendations, and are treated as professional custom services under U.S. consumer law.
If you cancel before your first session, you may request a partial refund (less a 10–25 % administrative fee) within 72 hours of payment by emailing [email protected].
After services have started, no refunds or credits will be issued, though sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are treated as completed sessions.
If MelRose 11 must reschedule, we will provide reasonable alternative dates or extend your service period.
Results are not guaranteed; outcomes depend on client participation and implementation.
4. Event Registrations (Live or Virtual)
Tickets, sponsorships, and vendor spaces are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with our written approval.
If an event is postponed, your registration automatically transfers to the new date.
If an event is cancelled by MelRose 11, you may choose either:
Full credit toward a future event of equal value, or
A refund to the original payment method (processed through Stripe) within 30 days.
5. Production & Creative Service Contracts
Projects involving filming, editing, design, or marketing follow the refund terms stated in each signed contract.
Unless specified otherwise:
Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling or pre-production begins.
If a client cancels after work has started, the client remains responsible for costs incurred plus 20 % of the remaining balance as a cancellation fee.
If MelRose 11 cancels for internal or force-majeure reasons, all unearned fees will be refunded.
6. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
Subscriptions (e.g., memberships or hosting plans) renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel future renewals any time through your account or by emailing [email protected] at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
Cancellations prevent future charges but do not retroactively refund past payments.
7. Refund Request Procedure
Email [email protected] with your full name, purchase email, transaction ID, and reason for request.
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method only.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Contact us before filing a chargeback; doing so ensures faster resolution.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that conflicts with this Policy or appears fraudulent.
Unresolved or repeated disputes may result in account termination and denial of future service.
9. Force Majeure
MelRose 11 is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
When possible, we will offer rescheduling, digital substitution, or credit instead of a cash refund.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect any revisions.
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
