MelRose 11 Agency LLC is a Nevada-based full-service media, production, and events agency.
We may operate affiliated brands such as Squirrel Vision Media LLC, NOW Honors, Power of PINK Summit, and others under common ownership and management.

7. Payment Processing (Stripe & Other Providers)

We use Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) to process payments securely.

When you make a purchase, Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly on its servers. MelRose 11 does not store complete credit-card numbers or security codes.

Stripe may collect identifiers such as your name, email, billing address, and payment method to process your transaction. Use of your data by Stripe is governed by its Privacy Policy and Services Agreement.

All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS and comply with PCI DSS Level 1 standards — the highest level of payment security.

If refunds or chargebacks occur, they are handled under Stripe’s dispute-resolution procedures and our Terms of Service.

8. Data Security

We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
Despite these measures, no system is completely secure; you share information at your own risk.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and pixels to:

  • Remember preferences and login sessions

  • Measure traffic through Google Analytics and Meta Pixels

  • Serve personalized advertising

You can refuse cookies via your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

10. International Transfers and Data Processing

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where we and our partners operate.
Stripe and our other vendors comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and use Standard Contractual Clauses to protect transferred data.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to delete it.

12. Your Rights and Choices

U.S. Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You may request to access, delete, or correct personal data we hold about you and opt out of marketing communications.

EU/UK Residents (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and data portability. Requests may be sent to the email below.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

13. Do Not Track Signals

We do not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals due to the absence of a uniform standard.

14. Third-Party Links and Content

Our websites may contain links or embedded content from third parties (e.g., videos or social posts). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing any information.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When changes occur, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
